UNC Health Care selects MarketSmart Advertising,
a Think Partnership company, as its advertising agency of record

Agency will broaden the scope of the health care system's
branding campaign, with a heavier emphasis on interactive media

RALEIGH, N.C. (January 15, 2007)
MarketSmart Advertising, a full-service, integrated marketing communications firm owned by Think Partnership Inc. (AMEX: THK), has announced its selection as the agency of record for UNC Health Care. Beginning Jan. 1, 2007, the Raleigh-based agency will implement a refocused branding campaign for the health care system that includes expanding Internet and staffing recruitment efforts.

While MarketSmart Advertising will continue to build the health care system's brand in broadcast and print, a greater emphasis will be placed on interactive media, including maximizing the health care system's numerous Web sites. The agency will also help UNC Health Care improve online recruiting features, putting a wealth of resources at the fingertips of health care professionals and potential students.

The MarketSmart team will also focus on creating a unified message that will be integrated into all communications with all audiences. The combination of the increased scope and refocused message will better help UNC Health Care further its mission to be a leading public, academic health care system and to better serve all North Carolinians.
