We never sell or share your information with other firms or clients in any way, nor use your information outside the research process in any way.
We have instituted policies and technologies to ensure our promises and the privacy of your information.
We will not disclose any of your personal information without your express written permission or under special circumstances, such as when we believe in good faith that the law requires it.
Your contact information is only used to reach you via e-mail or telephone once you have registered with us and to notify you of possible market research studies for which you may be eligible and in which you may want to participate.
MSA may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. We encourage you to review the Policy frequently to ensure that you stay informed of any changes.
It is agreed by and between MSA and the applicant that his or her role in the relationship with the company will be that of an independent contractor.
It is specifically clear and understood between MSA and the applicant that the applicant will not be treated as an employee, but rather as a contractor for federal tax purposes. The applicant will be responsible for paying both estimated income and self-employment tax on any compensation received.
It is the responsibility of the contractor to operate in a completely independent manner in his or her relationship with MSA. There are no requirements or responsibilities other than those needed in the normal course of a market research study, survey or focus group. A contractor may refuse participation in any research study that is offered.
